Newburgh Man Hospitalized After Debris Fire Leads To Propane Tank Explosion

NEWBURGH, N.Y. – A Town of Newburgh man was taken to Westchester medical center after an illegal debris fire led to a propane tank explosion on Thursday night, according to the Times Herald-Record.

Neighbors heard the explosion and felt their house shake on Forest Road just after 5 p.m. The man who was burning the debris was treated for burns to his arms, the Record said.
